[Monitoring] We experienced a slight delay in generating the originality similarity reports due to our scheduled release maintenance window with the March release. Some reports that were due for analysis on Friday, 14th March, encountered a failure and were not ready as expected. We have requeued all the affected reports, and they should be accessible by tomorrow at the latest. We appreciate your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

[Investigating] We are currently experiencing issues with mails not being sent out. This seems to affect all types of mail correspondence in Wiseflow. We are investigating the extend of the issue further and will update this incident as soon as possible.

[Identified] We have identified that the issue is related to an issue with a third-party suppliers, that affect certain mail suppliers. We are in contact with the suppliers and will update this incident as soon as more information is available.

[Monitoring] We have identified the issue is caused by Outlook servers not responding to requests from our mail services as expected. Unfortunately this is an issue on Outlooks end that we have no control over. Due to their outage they have a large queue of mail requests that needs to be processed, and therefore the time before receiving emails from Wiseflow can be greatly impacted. We will update this incident as soon as we have more information on the responsiveness of mails.

[Monitoring] We are still seeing that mails are not being received by Outlook addresses, so we suspect that there are still issues on Outlooks end in regards to receiving the large volume of emails from their outage. We will continue to monitor the situation.

[Resolved] We have tested and observed that mails are now being received correctly and on time again. Mails to outlook services should now be received normally again.
