We are investigating an issue with the Lockdown Browser on Windows devices that may allows users to access applications on additional virtual desktops on their device. If a student switches to another virtual desktop, applications may still be accessed. An illegal action is registered as a log in the participation monitor. We will keep you updated.

IDENTIFIED

We have identified the root cause of the issue, which is related to the second swipe warning indicator. We will share more detailed information with affected customers on how to prevent this issue from occurring. In the meantime, we are working closely with our supplier to implement a permanent solution.

We have implemented a fix which has resolved the issue. Screenshots are being uploaded to the participation monitor again. We will follow up with a post mortem to explain the incident in further details.
