[Monitoring] We have identified the issue is caused by Outlook servers not responding to requests from our mail services as expected. Unfortunately this is an issue on Outlooks end that we have no control over. Due to their outage they have a large queue of mail requests that needs to be processed, and therefore the time before receiving emails from Wiseflow can be greatly impacted. We will update this incident as soon as we have more information on the responsiveness of mails.

On September 13, 21:00 CEST we’ll be having a maintenance window to move our main data-processing location from Dublin, Ireland to Frankfurt, Germany.
