[Identified] We have identified a bug with the Gridded question type which causes correct answers to be flagged as incorrect in a certain circumstance. This bug occurs when you have a gridded question type with a fixed decimal point. This decimal point should not be available for the participant to edit but we have found that this is possible. The bug occurs when the participant accidentally deletes the decimal point when entering their answer. The response will not be interpreted as a decimal number by the autoscoring and will be deemed incorrect during the marking period. We are actively working with our provider of the FlowMulti question engine, Learnosity, to resolve the issue. But for the time being, we advise against using the gridded question type in future exams. [Resolved] After continuous monitoring we have found that the Marking stats are now being handled as expected with no more delays are being found.

[Identified] If you get an error message trying to handin your submission from a flowlock exam, this is the procedure you need to follow: Download an offline copy of your paper. Refresh the browser You should now be able to submit your exam. If you still have problems you can submit the file you downloaded through the normal participation page outside of the lockdown browser
